Service Contract
For a fixed amount per month Vilicus Services (España) S.L. will ensure that your property is pampered while you are away. We will visit your property frequently, pay the bills, clean the pool, take care of the garden, clean the house and contact you in the case of any emergency. Each month you will receive a detailed report stating all the work that has been carried out.
