Water Temperature The temperature of the water in your pool might feel rather cold during the winter months. That could be the reason why you are not using your pool during that period.
If you want to optimise the use of your swimming pool we can recommend a water-heating system that heats the water in your pool by using solar energy. This system requires low maintenance and doesn’t influence your electricity bill.

During your absence we will visit your property frequently so you do not need to worry when you are away. We will check the property, the house and its surroundings frequently and will report any problem when it occurs without any delay.

If you own a property on the Costa del Sol and you would like to rent it out for short term (holidays) or long term (periods of maximum 11 months) we will be happy to take care of the whole process. We will:
